Ready to get started?
Click this link to schedule a free consultation. During your first session, we’ll work on your intake paperwork & sign releases. Your first session will be 55 minutes to cover paperwork & get to know each other. This session will be a little longer to get a full understanding of your needs & how I can help. Every session after will be 50 minutes, & I recommend in the beginning, we meet once a week for the first 8 weeks to keep up the momentum we see in session. Payment is collected at the end of session.

Where are you located?
My office is located in Cherry Creek in the Alamo Placita building at 825 E. Speer Blvd, Denver CO 80218.
How does online therapy work?
Online therapy works the same as in-person therapy. There is no difference in effectiveness and outcomes between in person and online therapy. Before session, I will send you a link to my HIPPA compliant platform and we will meet virtually. You can access it on a phone, tablet or computer.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
I do offer in person sessions at my office located in Cherry Creek at 825 E. Speer Blvd, Denver CO 80218.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance and am considered an “out of network” provider. This means I don’t bill insurance companies directly, but many insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.
Your insurance plan may include out-of-network benefits for mental health services, which could significantly reduce your out-of-pocket costs. This means you could receive reimbursement for a portion of the session fee, depending on your plan.
I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network benefits. Here are a few questions you might want to ask:

What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
Is there a deductible I need to meet first?
What information do I need to submit for reimbursement (e.g., invoices, procedure codes)?
You will pay me directly, and I will provide you with a detailed invoice, often called a 'superbill,' after each session. You can submit this to your insurance company for reimbursement.
What are your fees?
My fees are $225 for 50-60 minute sessions and $300 for 80-90 minute sessions.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance of the session. Not doing so will result in being charged the full fee.
How long do I need to be in therapy?
Therapy timelines are different for each client. We will discuss goals and length of treatment in the first session.
Are you licensed?
Yes, I am licensed in the state of Colorado, therefore I can work with clients all across Colorado, not just in Denver.
